Steps for Adjusting Your Web Hosting Package

To check the status of a hosting payment with iShout Hosting, you will need to log in to your account on their website. Once logged in, you should be able to view your recent transactions and payments, and check the status of a specific payment.

  2. Locate the Services management section: Once you're in the account management area, you'll want to locate the section that deals with managing your service(s). This section is called My Services.

  3. Find the option to manage your services: Once you've located the My Services section, you'll want to locate the section that deals with managing your product(s) upgrade/downgrade. This section is called Upgrade/Downgrade.
